1. Illusion of the Crescent

Composer Ryouhei Hirose was born in Hokkaido, Japan in 1830 and studied composition at Tokyo University of Fine Arts and Music with Tomojiro Ikenouchi and Akio Yashiro. His works include intrumental, choral and electroni compositions as well as pieces for Renaissance or traditional Japanese instruments. Hirose hsa been awarded numerous prizes in both Japan and abroad.
