*Baroque Prelude & Fugue* arranged here for recorder orchestra. This arrangement is challenging and rewarding to play and listen to. Excellent repertoire for and intermediate and beyond. The prelude and fugue in C major (BWV553) is the first of eight little preludes and fugues written originally for organ.

The first piece possesses the character of a formal opening ceremony and technically it is easy to master. In the prelude the pedal line for the organ is taken over by the great bass and subbass and in the fugue the bass recorder joins in as well.
