NB: In an actual dance situation each of these pieces would be repeated any number of times with little or no variation from chorus to chorus. As most of them are rather short, it is suggested that playing each completely through at least twice will make for a musically satisfying performance. Another method of performance might be to do a da capo, without repeats.
