*Eight Jazzy Pieces.* Fun using just Seven Notes (D, E, G, A, B, C, D), allowing some interesting pieces to be played. Opportunities for improvisation.

This collection of pieces uses only seven notes, but the composer has made the music sound as interesting as possible. There are opportunities for easy improvisation in a number of pieces, fulfilling National Curriculum requirements and allowing players to enjoy the experience of creative musicianship. If the pieces are to be played by a number of players, repeat the whole thing three or four times, using a different soloist for each improvisation section.
